Our First Swim!

Well today we decided to go to the YMCA for a swim and Grant is quite the little swimmer! Well he can't exactly swim but as much as a baby that is 10 months old can do. He loved it....needless to say he took a LONG nap afterwards! We had fun!

Memorial Day Weekend!

Well it has been a great Memorial Day Weekend. Grammy and Poppy came to Chattanooga for a visit and we had a good time. We laughed...we played...we picniced... and we caught fish! Here are some pics from the weekend!

Hmm..What toy do I want next?

Grant has decided to pick out what toys he wants to play with now. I have a wicker basket in front of my fireplace that I strategically bought to hide toys in when anyone comes over that I can quickly throw in there...don't worry we have toys in Grants toy box (toys go in this at night) but the basket is so I can look like I always have a picked up house ALL of the time and can quickly throw the toys in the basket that is right there when the bug guy comes over, or the Schwann's man, or door to door salesman....or really anybody. Well Grant obviously is very perceptive because he is totally aware of what I do and where I do it......here is Grant pulling himself up to the wicker basket picking out what toy he wants.

New VAN!

Yes....we got a Mini-Van!

We now look like the white car brigade (when Brian picked his rental he had also picked white...so we had 3 white cars at the house....the mini van, Xterra, and his rental. I have to say....mini vans are WAY underestimated. I mean the room, the size, the fact that I don't have to stand on my tippy toes to put Grant into his carseat is a blessing in disguise because lets face it he's only going to get bigger and heavier. I LOVE IT. It has automatic everything but the best part is we can ALL enjoy it and a pleasant trip no matter where we go. We are looking forward to many family trips and memories! Oh yeah...probably some fights too! LOL

Yes we are getting to be "A BIG KID NOW" we are pulling up everywhere. I caught this one just has he had already done it.
