More March Pictures

We flipped the Bouncer

Well....it has been a little crazy around here between karate and flipping bouncers (yes Grant has managed to flip his bouncer on top of himself...so no more bouncer....I have officially taken it away! Rachael got her orange belt yesterday at karate so she is moving right along in her karate at the YMCA. Here is a picture of her (she is in her red belt but now has moved up to an orange belt.) Here are some recent pics with Grammy and Poppy.

Baby Dedication Service

Well we made it through the baby dedication service on Wednesday evening and it was pretty special. We wanted to share it with all of you and I simply couldn't edit any of it (it's 3 minutes long about) just because I thought the whole thing was just so neat. We are glad Grammy and Poppy could come!

We decided to put him in the nursury for the remainder of the service and came out with one minor blow to the head.....when we went to pick him up he was crying uncontrollably and had a big scratch on the side of his face.....they said he had scratched his face. Then if the trauma wasn't enough Daddy bangs his head against Grammy and Poppy's mini van trying to get him in his car seat which led to more crying. Needless to say with tests to study for (Rachael) and Grant now in a bad mood....it was a Dominoes Pizza night.

In our High Chair

We are Teething!

Well it's about that time. We have our baby dedication this Wednesday night at the church and we are looking forward to Grammy and Poppy coming down for a visit.

On Sunday I was doing my weekly "gum check" to see if their were any teeth coming up and well we have broken the surface with a tooth. On Sunday morning you could barely feel it and by Sunday night you could DEFINITELY feel it and can now see the tooth!!!!! I feel like we have been trying to teeth for quite some time now but have now made progress! We have also managed to learn to climb out of our bouncer. Last week I buckled him in his bouncer chair (as I always do) and turned on his movie while I made him his bottle and I hear this....uhhhhh...ummmm...ohhhhhhh....awwwwww and came in to check on him while I was making the bottle as these sounds were not normal sounds unless we are getting into trouble....and what do I find....half of his body is still buckled in and his upper half of his body is laying on the ground......and well he's been doing it ever since. Yes I have a real jail bird on our hands......we call him "baby Houdini". He also has learned that he likes to mess with his poop during diaper changes.....and does this quite frequently. He is getting to be quite a handful .
